| Brian D'Rosario |
| Brian is truly passionate about community engagement and the growth of others. Born in Madras, India Brian understands the nature of poverty, and sees Nexus as a vehicle for positive and sustainable change. After spending his adolescence serving as a naval officer, Brian gave this career away to spend more time with his new family. Upon immigrating to Australia, Brian found himself working in the emerging area of Information technology, or so it was 20 odd years ago. Brian sough to up-skill himself and he did so dutifully becoming a supply chain specialist. Brian has completed his Masters in International Business at Swinburne University. He has been employed as a consultant, Project Manager and Supply chain specialist at a number of entities, Dulux, Gloweave, Spotlight Group, Zilzie Wines amongst others. Most recently he has consulted with the Fosters Group and GlaxoSmithKline in relation to supply chain and systems matters. He has also been employed as a sessional lecturer by Swinburne's acclaimed Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Currently Brian is a Supply Chain Improvement Analyst with Repco, and is completing his Licentiate in Theology at Harvest. Michael D'RosarioMichael is a Lecturer in Finance & Ethics at Deakin University. Michael has also undertaken a Masters in Arts (International Justice) at the University of Melbourne, Michael's research focuses on morality, patriotism, and sovereignty. Michael's other research focuses on diaspora communities, game theory and development economics. In particular it is orientated around the individuals' moral assessment framework. Prabath WickramanayakePrabath Wickramanayake was born in Colombo Sri Lanka in December 1982. He commenced his primary education at Nalanda College, Colombo in 1988 and continued up until he migrated to New Zealand in 1995 with his parents.
