 The Nexus consulting group affords support to NPOs, Charities, community organisations and individuals that have a desire to seek positive change in their communities and require assistance in achieving their desired change. The assistance afforded may be research, training, project facilitation, stakeholder engagement, innovation strategy, partner identification, monetary or in kind assistance, or merely championing their change effort.

The Business & Community Leadership Program

  The Business and Community leadership program is an innovative leadership development program that seeks to expose candidates to contemporary leadership practices. Candidates are exposed to thought leaders from a number of different spheres. Justin Cilmi
Justin completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University, majoring in Finance and Economics. During this time Justin was also involved in the foundation of the Deakin Accounting and Finance Student Society, which has now grown to the second largest student society at Deakin University, having affiliations with various industry groups and other universities. Justin is currently working as a Senior Paraplanner with an ASX listed company, providing technical assistance and expertise for individuals requiring financial management and goal setting as part of reaching their overall financial objectives. Justin is currently studying towards his Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, anticipating completion in early 2007. In the past few years Justin has been involved with various community groups, including being an inaugural member of the Scullin Youth Advisory Council in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. This group provides a channel of assistance and resources of the youth of the local community. Through his studies at university and exposure to the various community projects that Justin has been involved with has sparked an increased awareness of the plight of many in our society who do not have the means to establish any form stability for their own future. Through Nexus, Justin hopes to be able to plant seeds for various segments of society that may grow into a future that provides the ability to be self sufficient for generations to come.
