Nexus would like to congradulate to BCLP Associates for 2009. They completed a number of worthwhile change projects and were wonderful contributors to the 2009 Leadership seminar series. The 2009 Associates were a diverse cohort from a number of universities locally and abroad. The Business and Community Leadership Program (BCLP) aims to introduce participants to new and innovative ideas in the areas of business and community development, while nurturing the leadership propensities of the participants. It aims to create a populous not limited by existing business concepts and models but rather seeks to encourage individuals to develop new and innovative approaches to business, community engagement and governance. Michael D'RosarioMichael is a Lecturer in Finance & Ethics at Deakin University. Michael has also undertaken a Masters in Arts (International Justice) at the University of Melbourne, Michael's research focuses on morality, patriotism, and sovereignty. Michael's other research focuses on diaspora communities, game theory and development economics. In particular it is orientated around the individuals' moral assessment framework.
